The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash Thursday evening on a rural road south of Troy and Moscow Mills.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City teenager was seriously hurt after a car ran into a creek on Christmas Eve night.

The crash happened on West Shore Drive, which is southwest of the village of Jacksonville, according to the report.
