Love your spuds! 🥔😋 Fresh potatoes are the most wasted food item in the UK. 46% of the potatoes we buy are wasted! Potatoes are best stored in the fridge if you have space, if not put them in a cool, dark place. Sprouting potatoes are still good to eat as long as the potato is still firm and the sprouts are small.
